Confirm a valid registration certificate and SEBI number.
Pay only through banking channels, and keep signed receipts.
Ask questions and clear doubts before acting.
Report any RA offering assured or guaranteed returns to SEBI.

Verify on SEBI Database

Don’ts

Never hand over funds for investment to a Research Analyst.
Don’t fall for luring advertisements or market rumours.
Never share login credentials for trading, demat, or bank accounts.

If in doubt, stop. No legitimate Research Analyst will ever ask for your trading credentials or guarantee a return.
