The complete terms and conditions governing Research and Recommendation Services offered by Capital Insight Research are set out in the dedicated terms and conditions document provided at the time of engagement. Clients are advised to refer to that document for full details before subscribing to any service.

• No penalties or directions have been issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act or Regulations made thereunder against Capital Insight Research relating to its Research Analyst services.
• There are no pending material litigations, legal proceedings, or findings of inspections or investigations for which action has been taken or initiated by any regulatory authority against Capital Insight Research or its employees.

Capital Insight Research has no associates.

• Capital Insight Research may have a financial interest or actual / beneficial ownership in the securities recommended, held in its personal portfolio. Details of the same may be referred to through the disclosures made at the time of advice.
• There are no actual or potential conflicts of interest arising from any connection to or association with any issuer of products or securities, including any material information or facts that might compromise objectivity or independence in carrying out Research Analyst services. Any such conflict of interest shall be disclosed to the client as and when it arises.
• Capital Insight Research, its employees, or its associates have not received any compensation from the subject company in the past 12 months.
• Capital Insight Research, its employees, or its associates have not managed or co-managed the public offering of the subject company in the past 12 months.
• Capital Insight Research, its employees, or its associates have not received any compensation for investment banking, merchant banking, or brokerage services from the subject company in the past 12 months.
• Capital Insight Research, its employees, or its associates have not received any compensation for products or services other than those stated above from the subject company in the past 12 months.
• Capital Insight Research, its employees, or its associates have not received any compensation or other benefits from the subject company or any third party in connection with the research report or recommendation.
• The subject company was not a client of Capital Insight Research, its employees, or its associates during the twelve months preceding the date of distribution of the research report and recommendation services provided.
• Capital Insight Research, its employees, or its associates have not served as an officer, director, or employee of the subject company.
• Capital Insight Research has not been engaged in market-making activity for the subject company.

Clients are advised not to communicate with any employee or associate of Capital Insight Research through personal means such as WhatsApp chats, text messages, WhatsApp calls, or personal mobile numbers. Capital Insight Research shall not be held responsible for any losses, misunderstandings, or unauthorized actions resulting from such unofficial communication.

The client agrees to pay fees only into the official bank account of Capital Insight Research. Capital Insight Research shall not be liable for any payment made to a third-party account.
